since space and what will fit might be an issue may i suggest a port and polish job on the head to go along with your skunk 2 IM?
it mightnot add much just yet but after further N/A upgrades it might help
is that mini completely smog exempt? if so just cut the cat out of the equation.

as long as you're not going turbo or high horsepower an ITR LSD will work just fine.

no cat.... the exaust is so short that the header is under the car... lol

take the LSD, i figure you arent going to be doing many major mods to it being FWD and only 1000 pounds-- plus turbos and superchargers take up valuable space.
