i got a 94 accord ex with a f22b1 vtec motor, it has 133,000 miles, Do you guys think it would help if I got a new set of piston rings and maybe pistons? Or is it just not worth the money, i'm not noticing any issues now but i would like to frshin the older motor up a bit. New vales, seats, and springs maybe?

Hey,
I would put a new set of piston rings in, that will definitely help give it some pep, considering it's got 135k miles...
Pistons, I would have to ask why? Are you gonna bump up the compression ratio or just replace the pistons with the same stock pieces?
IMO you definitely don't need valve seats, valves, or springs.
