exhaust question

I got a skunk2 exhaust system on my 96 EK HB its still got the stock engine but im doing a gsr engine swap im wondering if i can still use the same exhuast system on the new engine.

Yes, with the new header you might have to modify it slightly !!! My APEXi WS II bolted up with no problem(B16 EG) untill I got the Hytech header !!
