Default P30s into an LS?

what kind of compression ratio would a B18A1 get from P30 pistons?

The static compression ratio would be around 11:1 assuming you are using a B18B head. With a B16 head, it would bump it up to around 11.5:1. A GSR head would make it around 11.8:1.

It would be the same as the B18B head. They are essentially the same heads, so they will yield identical compression ratios.
