intake and exhaust, boost, swap, juice, extensive internal modification, valvetrain, ignition, fuel delivery, stronger axles, sticky tires, get rid of every bit of extra weight, especially on the drive line, stiffen the suspension and chassis, stop the engine flex, get an LSD then see where you're at.

first get a b18c1 engine swap about $3000 for the engine. its and integra gsr engine. if you want to make your civic really fast, engine swap will be the first thing i reccomend, google b18c1 to learn more about it. after you get the engine in your civic. THEN start putting in bolt ons. cat back axaust, headers, intakes and such and of course turbos!!!! but before you do this kind of stuff, use the enternet and learn more about civics and how it works and learn about engine stuff.
