Default 92 civic SWAP Help!!! p75 wire harness ECU with b18a

I got a p75 ecu and wire harness, but I am baffled with my set-up... The thing is I bought my Civic hatch with a LS in it... the block says b18a, but i noticed a p75 ECU but i thought p75 was for years 94-96? Anyways I blew out my motor and im dropping in another b18a... the new motor came with a wiring harness but the plugs were in different places than mines... so i started swappnig them out, well first I got stuck with the sensor from the exhaust manifold, the new motor came with the sensor on the exhaust right under the Intake manifold, and my original had the sensor in front on the actual exhaust manifold, so along with the harness swap came the exhaust manifold swap (had to change it anyways, cuz the exhaust was cut)... well now that I have that done I found 2 extra single plugs and I had no idea where they went til I looked at my old block, I found a connector next to the betwwen the alt. and oil filter there were two other plugs by it but I have already connected those, well this connecter had 2 prongs sticking out if it and the single plugs fit into it perfect. Well I was going to just screw that connector in the same spot I found it on my old block, but that spot doestn have a hole for me to do it. So now im stuck with these two wires??? Anyone run into this? I read somewhere the a p75 will do fine on my engine, But am I using obd2? I think this new engine is wired for obd1... Any help??? I will try to take a pic of the two wire plugs and the connector tonight... what can i use besides a impact gun to remove the flywheel? Will a torue wrench do it? please lemme know thanks...
