Default engines for integs?

what kind of engines can fit in 3rd gen integras? specs?

any b, h, and k series will fit with enough shoehorning

a b20b or z would be a good swap or just work with what u got, but normally gettin to point a to b means into makin more torque really not power, torque is a twistin force horse power is a by product (or a math problem) i got a b20b, and plan on testing with a h23 in my integra (bigger great head flow and a kick in the ass torque band)
