Default external tial 38 mm question

ight guys i got a question for you about my wastegate. I bought my turbo and wastegate off of my one buddy because he was gonna upgrade.

the turbo is a turbonetics t3/t4 60 mm trim, i just checked my wastegate spring today and i found that it is the small red spring, after checking tials website on it i found that the spring is set for .4 bar / 5.802 psi.

now the question that im wondering about is my buddy had a j spec gsr motor and he had arround 420hp with this set up, now i know he was running more then 5.802 psi of boost, he was running arround 22 psi of boost, i am now running this in my d16y8 and i am currently running arround 9 psi, now i was wondering if i should get a larger spring or if i should leave it the way it is.

with that spring in the gate I don't think you could even hit 22psi
