engine code 43 [LS motor in Civic, turbocharged]

Default engine code 43 [LS motor in Civic, turbocharged]

got a ls non vech b18b1 in mah civic nd after i put on a turbo set up on it it threw up on the ecu engine code 43 engine light came on nd it stals every now nd again

any tips as to what could be fucked up on the fule system

now that we've solved that... i think i've got your jibrish understood. your saying you have a b18b1 motor in your civic, and you recently turbo'd it and are getting the ECU CEL #43.

so what does it sound like?
any smoke from the exhaust?
what exactly is your "turbo kit"?

It could be a number of things. To name a few: fuel filter, fuel pump, main relay, Fuel injectors, FPR, contaminated fuel and/or oxygen sensor.







Was the car tuned? What engine management are you using? Please don't tell me you're running a stock ECU. You could get this code by running 440cc injectors on a stock ECU.

more than likely the ECU needs to be programmed somewhere for a turbo set up. It may be getting a false signal from a sensor with the new turbo set up. Thats my only guess. I'm not real keen on turbo's

where's the fule system located in a car?? I've heard of fuel, is fule a new type of ethanol or somethin :thinking:
