Default 95 accord swap

I have 95 accord with original f22b2 and I was wondering what engine would be the best for a swap>>? what i originally set my eyess on was the j30 but i realized that that would be too much work.. SO what are my other options..? H22?? thats what I hear would be the best.. but im not sure.. and if i did the h22 swap then what would i need to change out.. would i need to ecu, wiring harness,, transmission?

3 easy options

1. H22 (most expensive) $1200
2. H23 $700-$1000
3. F22B DOHC $500-$700

I would go H22 if you got the money and if you aren't planning on boosting, H23 is a less expensive approach (better for turbo), F22B Cheapest alternative with same numbers as H23 but an even lower compression ratio. Tranny should mount straight up to any of these swaps, but for a full appreciation of the H22 get an M2B4 tranny...New Wiring harness for all swaps...P13(h22) P14(h23/f22b) ECU.
