Default Question about missing link

have a "missing link" that came with my turbo kit. no clue in hell as to what it is, what it does, or where it goes. my kit is close to completion (oil lines and one coupler away), and i wanna make sure i didn't miss anything important. ECU and injectors are all lined up as well, juss waiting for cash. after a month or two of low boost (5-7 lbs), i'll pull the motor, bore, sleeve and add pistons on my way into the 20 psi range. any help here is welcomed... cuz when it comes to this lil thing... i'm lost.

If you have a chipped ECU, you won't need the missing link. Sell it and make some money back.

Normally, it goes between the MAP sensor and throttle body to trick the MAP into not seeing boost and going into limp mode.
