I have a 91 EX with only 134,000 in it. I put an intake and muffler on it 6 mths ago. as long as the engine is cold and just warming it is fine, but once engine reaches normal temp. it starts to shake when I release the clutch and after that when its under 2000 rpm. after that engine is fine again. rotor,cap,and spark plugs were changed after problem started. I don't know what the problem is. If anyone can help with ideas i would appreciate it. Thank you George

 

i forget it . was fine after mods installed ,this problem only started a week ago,please help!

 

maybe try turning the distrubtor a little, timing may be off.
