Default how High can I rev?

I have a built integra gsr, I am having the ecu tuned on wed. and I'm not sure what to set the rev limiter at. I have blox stage 2 with skunk 2 valve springs and retainers. my question is how high can I set it without to much worry? Also what is the RPM these cams stop making power. any help or light you could shine would be very helpfull. thank you before hand.

if you are getting it dyno tuned, then they will take care of it.

Where in socal? There is a good one in South Orange County, but I don't know if that is close enough.
