Default d16y8 camshafts

im looking for opinions and some feedback on the following 2 camshafts for my head...i was wondering if any of you had any experiences with them and which one is the best bang for the buck...


zex/comp cams 105100

or

crower 63441y

what is this cam you speak of?
haha just kidding i havent used either but if i were to decide i would probably go with crower just because they have been doing cams for a very long time

put it this way..crower is been doing cam for a long time but I have used crower on a sohc before and it's good for mid and high. but the zex comp has a little pro's on it. you can buy a cam that can hold low,mid and high...it's all up to you....
