Yes they will bold up, but will the bottom meet up with the cat in the right place?

Anyone know for sure which will bolt up with the cat at the bottom w/o having to customize anything?

If you are just swapping the head, the stock header you were using will bolt up with no modifications.

If you are swapping the entire engine, don't.

Seriously, given the variance in collector lengths between models of the DC Integra, I would expect that you will need some degree of custom fabrication to mate up to the catalytic converter. Besides, I assume you're going to want a custom cat-back exhaust to accompany the new motor.

Since the motor you are retrofitting is dimensionally similar to a USDM B16A2, a 99-00 Civic Si header should clear the oilpan.

And lastly, please do not thread bump. We have a search engine feature that is just as fast and may even answer your question.
