Adjustable cam gears
I just got some AEM tru time adjustable cam gears and I see you can either advance or retard the timing... Now what are the benefits of these options?
Also I just got some CTR cams, will those give me a decent increase in power?

If you really want me to go into what advancing and retarding the cam does in a more sophisticated engine theory, I will. I am just saying that you shouldn't be dialing them at anything except 0,0 unless you get on a dyno.
