Flywheels
I don't think there is much to it. Its a piece of metal. Find the weight you want and the cheapest price. You will be goofd to go. I have fidanza knock off in my car and it hasn't failed in 20k. I doubt it will fail at all. The friction surface is replacable so if it ever wears out I can get a fidanza "pad" for it.
Well you know how the 7.5 fidanza is a 3 piece flywheel, so the contact strip is held by screws... Well just how durable is that and how can i make sure the screws are tightened?

It is durable. I haven't heard of any problems with the fidanza flywheel.
If you want to be sure the screws are tight, get an impact driver and see if they can get any tighter.
