Default LS/Vtec in a '95 Civic

Here's the deal I have a '97 or '98 b18b all stock block with a '00 Civic Si b16 Vtec all stock head and an LS tranny. Already installed is a DC Sports Header, Datum 1 fuel pressure regulator, Mugen P28 racing ECU, Skunk 2 adjustable cam gears, AEM cold air intake, BOMZ underdrive pulley, NGK plugs-wires-cap-rotor, and BOMZ test pipe. My question is if this was your setup what would you do next? Not considering a turbo upgrade. This is my first venture into the Honda tuning scene and any help would be great. Thanks

If it hasn't been properly reinforced to take an 8k rpm redline, I would do that first. After that, I would think about cams.
