GSR bare Block Need help asap
This guy is selling a 95 GSR bare block and a crank and rods, all with around 9x,xxx miles on them. Hes asking $200. Is this a good price, because i would like a gsr block...???
That is not a standard size. The standard size is 81mm, so that is a 2.0L if you use the GSR crank. Unless it is sleeved, I would stay away from it, though. Stock sleeves bored that much will crack.

Crap, thats gonna suck since i just bought the ACL's. Can i just shave the bearing?
And you know when you do a valve adjustment, does the head need to be on the block, because myne isn't and it seems it would be a whole lot easier to do it now before i put the LS-vtec together.

Yes, you can do a valve adjustment with the head not on the car. Just make sure the cams are bolted in securely and you know which cylinder you are adjusting.
