Default VTEC solenoid

ok here is the deal...I bought a b16 ef si off a friend. there was talk before I bought the car that vtec wasn't activating, but the car pulled hard to 8k and it seemed like it was working. anyway, I was letting my friend drive my car today and wouldn't ya know it he got in an accident(not really his fault). The car was running after the wreck and we pulled it over and turned it of. when we went back to move the car, itwouldn't start... so I was checking the ecu codes, only to find it spitting code 15 and 21. 21 is the vtec selenoid...how do I go about fixing or getting a new selenoid? how much are they? thanks...it's been a long ****ty day

also, code 15 is my ignition output sensor or something like that... does anyone know if that would be why the car won't start and how to go about fixing it?

check your oil pressure, solenoids are slaves to pressure they dont brake easily

Well if you need that whole piece including the silinoid, I have one off a GSR that i'll throw down to for a good deal comparatively.
