Default Boring the Intake Manifold

Can anyone tell me how to bore the intake manifold? What are the risks? And what tools are needed? Thanx

You don't bore a manifold, you either extrude hone or port match it. On a stock engine, you most likely won't like the results of either this or an upgraded manifold.

Well i bought an JDM obd 1 b16 manifold, and the guy who had it before me made the part where it connects to the head BIGGER. Im just wondering can I go bigger or not? Will i see any results?

Why would you want to go bigger on the manifold? If anything, you should have the head port matched to the manifold to eliminate any bottlenecks that will occur.

Minimal, at best. It will most likely shift your powerband more toward the high end and make the low end power suck.

Would a 68mm prelude throttle body fit a b16 obd1 manifold? And is a str one worth $100?
