Default Motor oil recommendations for 2000 Integra GSR

Anyone have research-based suggestions on motor oil for 2000 Integra GSR with 81K miles. Currently running 5W-30 Standard Honda motor oil. Considering Castrol or Redline Synthetic.

I have been using Mobil 1 for a year now and my cars feel excellent. Here's a dyno run on a dohc vtec motor(not sure which one, but all their tests are done on dohc vetc's):

Default WHERE DO U LIVE??? Hot or Cold??

Mobile1 is good, synthetics like redline are often too "thin" for some peoples' tastes. Just make sure the oil weight/temperature ranges work for where u live (hot/cold).

More importantly, change ur oil RELIGOUSLY for best results in any case.
