Default what is the best intake mainfold.

Who makes the best inake mainfold and does any one have poduct testing with dyno proven results? On any thing for a 1998 intergra GSR.:dunno:

The "best" is a relative term. Depending on the engine build, different IMs will work better than others. If you're just looking as swapping out the stock unit to get additional power, don't waste your money. The stock Honda manifolds flow quite well until you're making some serious n/a power or flowing a ton of air on a boosted engine.

I mean best in increasing torque and hp, also 1/4m times. Also have capadability install a small shot nos directly some time when I have the dinero.:dunno:

Default Skunk2

If u have a GSR, and its not JDM (B18C) then the Type R is out.. i believe. BUT the Skunk 2 will get you similar R results/specs and will bolt up.

Unless you're pushing a lot of airflow, a big bore intake manifold will make you lose air flow velocity and it will kill your low end torque.
