Default jdm d15b getting the max??

my original motor is a usdm d16z6. it had blown rings when i bought it, but figure for what i paid it would be a good investment to get started in the tuner scene. i just bought a jdm d15b vtec 130hp. my question is what parts of my old motor should i swap onto the jdm to get the max performance. also they muffed my order and didnt send a dizzy. so i need to know if mine will bolt on from my usdm motor. some say yes some say no. so i am turning to the experts that have actually had to do it. also when taking trip to local parts store how do i make sure i get the right replacement parts and what motor size am i requesting parts for.i cant buy everything off ebay. i also have heard there are 3 different d15 motors. mine is simply stamped d15b. can you give me some more info on the specs, and what parts are interchangable. and the differences in the 3. it is going to be my daily driver by day and interstate flyer by night. really dont want to switch internals yet (been without wheels for 2 weeks), thinking of boosting soon, runnin 5-10 psi but that is a later date and upping psi when i have internals switched/replaced. be patient i am new but i learn fast. iwanted to do h22 or type r swap but isnt in the budget at this time, besides i want more experience under my belt before i attemp something that complicated. and i will be switching to 5 speed when it is built and ready to fly. i like clubbing and all, but hate to see strobe lights while i am driving... so i stayed auto. i may be interesting in parting or selling d16z6, depends. reasonable offers always accepted. thanks for the help, hope the news is good.
