Default Revvs dropping problem

I got a '94 b16a2 EG hatch and if i tap the brake sometimes it will drop to like 500rpm for a sec and then hunt for a minute, if i give it a rev it goes ok or if i leave it for a couple of mins it goes ok.
Does this sound like a idle control valve problem or is it a brake servo leak or summit, sumtimes it does when i steer too so i'm guessing Idle control valve.

Also, I think my ABS pump is dying, so does anyone know if its the same part fitted on all EG ABS equipped civics? or can it be serviced/stripped down?

I'd check your EGR valve. IAVC surges where an EGR valve problem tends to sputter.

The ABS pump is the same on all ABS equipped EG's. I don't think anyone makes a rebuild kit for the pump, but they're so cheap used or in a junkyard there's no reason to rebuild.
