It's doable but not even close to being worth the money. SOHC VTEC is lamesauce.

your talking about a "mini me" mod A sohc v-tec head to replace your non v-tec head, you'll need a wiring harness from a v-tec car. its easy look into around here (forum) for more detail. i'd do a H22 lude motor bored, port job on the heads, cam it, turbod...go big or go home.

You're an idiot. Money just doesn't spill out of peoples pockets. For a mini me swap you're looking at under $1000 but it's not even worth the money without doing anything else.

Most cost effective setup I can think of is doing a mini me with turbo. Perform a leakdown test first. A custom turbo kit with the mini me swap should run under $2,500.

Usually refers to putting a VTEC head on an engine that did not originally come with it.
