Default CTR or ITR cams

Im looking into some replacment cams but not really sure. what would be better.
Its going to be used in my GSR but what do think would be better.

The ITR cams ive heard help better down low.but the CTR cams make power up high.

What do you think is more bang for the buck.

The ITRs are more aggressive than the CTRs, but the difference is negligible. 00-01 ITR cams are identical in specs to the CTR cams.

If I heard correctly one of those cams have better intake and the other one have a better exhaust. But I forgot which one though. Maybe if you search for sure you'll find the information.

Specs on both:

ITR:

Intake: 240 degrees duration, 11.5 mm of lift

Exhaust: 235 degrees duration, 10.5 mm of lift

25 degrees of overlap

The CTR specs are pretty much identical but the intake cam has 243 degrees of duration and 28 degrees of overlap. The difference is negligible, like I said. I just went with CTRs because that was what was available to me for cheap.
