head cleaning?

Default head cleaning?

well i bought a d16z6 head to do a mini me on my civic, anyways the guy i bought it off cleaned it with dish soap and water? i was wondering if this would hurt the head at all? thanks guys

first of all welcome to han. doesnt seem like the smartest idea i have ever heard dont know that i would have done it. but as long as there is no residue left over i dont see why that could be a problem

if you are worried about it, rinse it with parts cleaner..
it it still has deposits, use a wire wheel on a drill.
