Does anyone know if the parts from an F22A1 will fit onto an F22A4 engine? I am looking specifically for the fuel rail and possably the injectors. I may also need to replace the coil and some other things.

Is a B18B1 engine better than the F22A series? would it be worth a swap or am I just wasteing my time with that.

The proper swap to replace a f22 would be an h22. A b18 would not have anywhere near enough torque to push your accord around.
