Default Building an h22 from the block up ?

Well I plan on building a h22 from the block up, I plan on this motor being boosted, I need to know all the info I can on what parts I should look into, what I should upgrade, ect. This will be my first honda motor build, I'm used to v8's and whatnot, but I figure this can't any harder, def with only half the pistons hah. What block should I use? Is there any difference between the h22 and h23 block? I want this motor to be dohc v-tec so I need all the info on what I need and whatnot, thanks for all the help guys!

It all depends on your budget.
Block: Golden eagle for sleeving
pisons: J/E, SRP, Wiseco, Arias,CP
Rods: Eagle, crower,carillo, Manley,Cunningham
Bearings: ACL, or HONDA
Studs: ARP,Golden eagle
Head:
Cams: Stock
valves/springs/retainers: Ferrea, supertech, crower,
Gaskets: stock Honda
That should give you something to start with....
