wat is the best engine to go into a 2000 civic dx hatchback? the budget for the engine is up to 3000 counting the install and the initial parts needed.

so you are having this motor installed? what are your plans? if n/a id go b16a2.. if you wanted to go the boost route then b18b.

i think im going to go with the b16. but i have some questions...

whats the original car for a b16?

do you know any turbo websites it?

I'd do a B18B over a B16 without even thinking about it. B18B has a much better torque curve.
