Alittle insight tho, for the rookie on the board, Those idiot Chips you buy from mugen, skunk and jun, who cares if their good companys, They didn't sit and tune your car.. or For your car for that matter, I Can tell you this, i create basemaps and have a few jdmb16's, one of my buddies i recently did about amonth ago made some great poweron his b16a2, with mild build, i usually justburn the maps i already have for people having some problems, Buying a stupid chip off ebay, has a higher then high redline, and for why??, It also has tons of fuel everywhere and igition why? As Far as you know that chip is broken, possible just dumping aload of fuel on ur motor and drowning it, On top of that, trust someone who's done this before and plenty of times, Dont buy stupid ebay chips its a waste of money..buy a basemap thats pretty much tuned, I have spent hours tuning these maps in different cars, with the AFR perfect almost, and have seen the dynos make good results, in any case stock si's make 136-140whp stock, with his mild build of i/h/e/IM and someother stuff and my tune he was able to pull a good 157ish, after all those mods he only gained around 7hp...he gained another 10 from my tuning so lemme know if you want a real map and i'll be happy to help you out.
