Default question on a b18a1 engine

I swaped a b18a1 from a 92 integra gs for the same engine. It's in the car but I tryed to start it and the engine floods. I changed all the sensors from the stock original engine. Also switched the injectors, fuel rail, regulator and wiring harness from the original engine. The engine continues to flood. Could it be a ecu problem? Is there something I have to do to the ecu or since it's the same engine it shouldn't matter. And my last question is, is the b18a1 engine in a 93 integra the same as the 92?

Thanks
