Default Oil flooding spark plugs!!!!

i got a B16a2 and ive got about 75000 miles on it. My first problem i recently got was my idle being erratic from .8 to 1.5 after I drive a little and come to a stop. I'm guessing IACV needs changing or cleaning, could there be any other reason? Then my car started sputtering (for lack of a bettter term) low end, like it does in v-tec when the oil needs changing. So i changed the oil but it still sputters, but not as much. So i then checked to change my spark plugs. When i did this, cylinder 1-3 had a serious amount of oil! Why is this happening, do i need a new head gasket or what is it? I havent driven my car since, I really need help on this!

Is the oil on the top of the plugs? If so it's most likely just the oil seals that go between the valve cover and the head. Easy fix, just go to honda and pick up a couple new ones, remove the valve cover pop new gaskets in and bolt the valve cover back on..

Not sure why your engine would sputter when it needs an oil change, I doubt it has anything to do with that.
