Hey guys, I saw a post online somewhere a while ago that had pics of the bottom side of a TYPER head and the bottom side of an SI head that basiaclly explained the differences between the two.Does anyone know where these pics are i cant find them??? If i was going to buy a type r head what are the signs that i would look for to be sure that it is a type r head? Thanks JMAN

 

Look at the intake valves from the intake ports... you will see that the valve stems are cut... it will look like this =======---[

 

What if it is a bare head. Im looking at buying a bare head from a guy that lives arount my area. He was selling it on ebay and the reserve didnt get high enough, he is willing to sell it to me for 500 cash if i go pick it up. i have a few pics but i dunno if they would help.
