Fault code clearing
IAC Valve crapped out on my 99 Civic LX (D16Y8). $200 wasted on the part 
and trying to be trifty on clearing the fault code 
. Any price saving recommendations 
on tools or any cheats to clear this aggrevating check engine light? Here in Japan, Japanese dealers will not look at US model cars
