what cams to get

what cams to get
Need some help on deciding what make of cams would be best.
I have a ukdm H22a Prelude with i/h/e so far and use it every day and thinking of getting cams, vafc or ecu, flywhel and inlet manafold.
Im not to shure whether to get stage 2 or 3. I dont mind my idle changing a bit but not so it sounds like its goin to cut out. I want my power gains between 4k and 8k and the more power the better.
I know i will need springs and retainers and i dont want to mess round with the timing.
I have been looking at Skunk2 stage 2, jun, buddy club, crower.
Can any one help.
