hey whats up I have a 1990 crx si and im having trouble with it the rpm doesnt go passed 3 1/2 rpm the motor sounds good and i already changed the fuel filter fuel pump and the wires, plugs and distributor but it still keeps on doing the same thing as soon as it gets to 3 1/2 rpm it doesnt go passed and i have to shift please help!!!!
