does any know which msd power cap goes on a b16a2. i tried the 94 -97 1.6 del sol cap but it didnt fit. i looked at it and there is a little lip on the distributor that makes the cap too small. i heard of others finding one that fits but its not the delsol. does anyone have any suggestions?

 

did you try a 99-00 civic si ??? did you try a 96-97 del sol or a 93-95 del sol dohc ???? there is a difference between the two. one is the second generation and one is the third. make sure you try the 93-95 dohc, and if you tried a 1.6, the sohc is a 1.6 to so be careful you didn't try the sohc and not the dohc. good luck

 

The b16a and b18c dist caps are different.
The b18c cap is larger then the b16. All the b16 caps are the same and all the b18c caps are the same.....make sure you have a b16 dist.
I had a b18c dist on my b16a and didn't know it (came with the engine)...I found out the hard way after ordering the wrong parts...
