Default 95 GSR intake manifold.

I have B16A 1st generation engine. Is it possible if I change my intake manifold (the still have PGM-F1 printed) and throttle body to 1995 GSR intake manifold and throttle body? Is it direct fit? Also mine is 58mm TB and GSR have 60mm TB, does this make a big difference in throttle response. My modification so far is basic bolt on like i/e/h and I already change the block to B20B engine block. Thanks.

A GSR manifold will not bolt onto anything besides a GSR head. Even if it could, your better option would be a Type-R manifold because its runners are fatter and shorter and the plenum is much larger than the GSR manifold. It will also bolt right up, so you should look into that.

Thanks. What you guys think about AEBS intake manifold,is it any good? And should I go 62mm or 64mm with my setting? Thanks.

I have heard great things about the AEBS manifold, so if you can afford it, it would be a good choice. I would go with the 62mm size unless you plan on some future forced induction.

Does the 1995 GSR TB will direct fit to my B16A intake manifold?

Does 2mm bigger TB will make a big differance in throttle response for my engine setup? Do I have to port match the intake manifold also? Thanks.

No, it won't make a noticable difference. Unless you just have the part lying around, I wouldn't even bother.
