Single vs Dual Stage Airbag
I want to know which 3-spoke design steering wheels I could use on my Accord. What I've been told is as long as it's a single-stage airbag, it'll work. I've narrowed it down to the S2000, Civic SiR and Acura RSX. I want a functional airbag, I'd prefer red stitching, and a 3-button cruise control.
I know the AP1 s2k wheels are single-stage and the newer AP2's are dual-stage. I would get the s2k wheel but I like the SiR and RSX wheels more. Also, the AP1 wheels have a 2-button cruise control instead of 3.
I'm not sure about the EP3 wheels. I heard that the Civic SiR wheels are single-stage but I'm not sure. They are the #1 on my list if the airbag works on my Accord.
And the Acura RSX wheels, I'm not sure at all. They seem to look like the EP3 wheel but they have that Acura symbol which I would want to change to Honda.
I've seen JDM wheels on eBay but they don't have cruise control modules at all.
Does anyone have any information that I could get on this? Thanks!
