shift linkage length ?

Default shift linkage length ?

I just installed a gsr engine on my ek hatch , I also used the same shift linkage from the gsr . I think my shifter is a little bit close towards the front of my console , is a 99/00 civic si longer ? or what linkage do i need ?

the linkage that belongs in your civic should fit without issue onto your gsr tranny. the length should put it right where you wanna be. you couldnt compare the two before the install?

a D series shift linkage will NOT work with B series tranny

I know a d series wouldn't fit on b series , and my car was a automatic and converted it to stick,thats why i could,t compare it . I heared a si shift linkage is the answer .

ya the Si shiftlinkage should work just fine

sorry im not a civic guy, but, being a b-series, and coming in a civic originally the si would fit, damn shoulda thought fore i typed:doh:
