Default Pressure Tester of some sort?

Hey guys,

A friend of mine left this tool in my car. I'm trying to see if I can sell it but I don't know what it is or what it's called, or for that matter, what it's worth.
Any help?

This friend of mine died 2 months ago. So, I can't really return it to him, and I have no use for it. Now that we are all better informed, does anyone know what it is?

That is a "knuckle" pressure test meter. Put the tip of your thumb over the top orifice so that the knuckle faces the screw handle. Twist the handle down to engage your thumb knuckle and see "what you are made of!!!". The device is also used on your toes if your hand has been dismembered by the taliban or back country muslim judge.

I would go right to the ashcroft site and search. Then my local shops. Good Luck.
