Like I said before, boost (psi) is NOT a limiting factor for your motor.
Tune for a desired hp not a desired boost level. Poor tuning and exceeding the power limits of your motor will blow it, how many psi you run won't.
Just to appease you, if you run a bone stock engine and your average sized t3t4 (say .50 trim .48 A/R) you can run about 12-14psi depending on your tuning, tuner and set-up. Thats on a b18c or b16a
