How do you want to get that power N/A or with F/I?
Getting that kind of power is simple out of any of the motors that drop in easily. Save yourself the headache and go with a simple drop-in motor and then work on getting the power up to where you want it.
ls/vtec or crvtec will get you to that 200hp mark easily and will drop in 10 times easier then a h22a. Probably cheaper too.
Good luck, you're gonna need it.
