I think Crome Pro is only available from the creator for like $149. Check out http://www.tunewithcrome.com/

You have to email the creator, John Cui and get the authorization code from him. He can be found at http://forum.pgmfi.org.
You can also get straight to his website through the Help menu of the beta version of Crome and pay for it right there. Unfortunately, it will take a day or two to get the authorization code.
