You can make them, but the cost will still be high considering they require a standalone engine management system to handle fueling.

You can build them from CBR tbs as they use the same TPS as your car and you then could use uberdata or some other system to control the fuel

itb's are meant for fully built NA engines that will benefit from their increased airflow. you should not consider them until you have a setup that would benefit from them. really, they should be the last thing you do to an engine.

sure you can put them on a relatively stock engine and see some gains. but why bother when other areas need the work.

im in full agreeance with snoopy, because the ems that has to be used to get down the high idle probles and idle surge problems and fuel to air ratios is the aem ems, its the only ems strong enough to handle itbs CORRECTLY. All of the other ones dont like itbs. Anyone who isnt going all out, will look at the cost of ITBs and something to run them and will think, wow theres an air intake system thats the price of that turbo that I was gonna buy... which one is gonna net the most gains.

every engine management system is capable of tuning itb's. hell you could do it with a vafc. it's in the competency of the tuner to make it all work together.

Assuming you use a vacuum accumulator and a MAP, yes. But TPS based fueling is really better for most ITB setups.
