Default runnin poorly after head swap

i just put my vtec head on my zc motor and now it is idling all crazy and its not fast i bought new head gasket new timing belt and everything what on earth is wrong please help me out thanks

Have you checked for vacuum leaks?
What have you checked so far.

..sounds like a timing problem?? possible the wrong ecu...little more info plz..

when i start the car it fells like its gonna die and if i push te gas it response late the car isnt fast and if i put it in neutral it dies and strugles to stay on
