Default idle to high

hello people in the house. I really need help on my crx Si Sohc. I just did a swap on my d16 to a Sohc. got it running but still using the old d16 intake manifold and throttle body. but my idle is up to 1500 and it never go down. also my engine light won't go off. what's going here, is it the O2 sensor that os making my engine light go on?. did a engine test and it's giving me a code 9. I also installed a obx camshaft stage one on that Sohc.now my valve is ticking alot. what is the spec on the stock valve clearance for a Sohc d16?

Get rid of the OBX Cam, Get a valve adjustment, new 02 Sensor and check your vacumm hoses for leaks

check for an intake leak. when i installed my BBK throttle body, i had a bad intake leak, and it idled near 2200! i found the leaks, sealed them all, and it idles around 600 now. good luck.

If you are pulling a code 9 from your cel, it is for: CYP Sensor (Cylinder) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor

The high idle can be due to various things, I would first start w/ some soapy water and spray all vacuum hoses and TB and intake manifold area to see if you may have a vacuum leak.
