ok i have a 99 Gsr with a 94 Gsr motor which is OBD1
Garrett T3/T4 Hybrid
Johnny Racecar Intercooler
Drag Turbo Mani
38mm TiAL wastegate
HKS SSQV BOV

Now my question is for fuel...will this setup work for running 7 PSI with a simple custom turbo kit

RC 440cc injectors
Apexi SAFC

is this going to be enough fuel for 7 psi? i dont wanna run extremely rich, ive been doing my research and this is a last resort so please dont flame me. haha do i need to add anything else like an inline fuel pump? i dont want an FMU cause they are trash.

The setup looks good except for engine management. You already have an OBD1 ecu, so why not chip it and run Hondata or Uberdata?

You shouldn't need a fuel pump for just 7 psi, but security never hurts. The 440's should be fine for anything less than 10psi.

Besides that, I recommend a full dyno tune after the install. I wouldn't worry about running rich as much as I would worry about running lean.

thanks for the help man...im paranoid about running lean, just the fact that the inside of my motor is basically melting makes me have nightmares lol, i asked so i would know if i would have enough fuel will out overkilling it.

 

The injectors will provide enough fuel for about 300whp, so as long as you keep it below that you should be fine. I don't see you coming anywhere close to that running 7psi w/a t3t4. Your tuning determins if your engine runs rich,lean, or stoich. Ditch the afc and go with hondata or uberdata, it's well worth it imo esp if your worried about running lean or rich.
